Duluth Farmers Market Green Design Assistance
Duluth Farmers Market The primary goal of this project is to provide the local community involved with planning the Duluth Farmer's Market with design support to program the needs and possibilities of the project and envision a preliminary design keeping in mind sustainable development intentions already articulated by the community.

In collaboration with NE Sustainable Development Partnership the Center for Sustainable Building Research will conduct a workshop/charrette with involved participants of the community project to evolve the program and possibilities for this sustainable design project. The workshop will be followed by synthesis of ideas resulting from the workshop into 3 distinct solutions to be presented back to the community. It is expected that the community will use the information generated by this process to hire an architect and seek funding from agencies.
