Single Family Energy Efficiency Technical Assistance and Verification Program

Minnesota Housing implemented a green building program for single family new construction based on the Green Communities Criteria beginning in Fall 2008, the cornerstones of which are energy efficiency and healthy indoor environments. As part of Minnesota Housing's commitment to sustainability, they have partnered with the Center for Sustainable Building Research to offer the Single Family Energy Efficiency Technical Assistance and Verification Program. This program for new construction units funded through CRV is structure to enhance building performance with an emphasis on energy efficiency.
