SWMCB Post Occupancy Evaluations
CSBR conducted post occupancy evaluations of five sustainable pilot projects built by counties in
the metropolitan area. The study includes an inventory of sustainable design practices, their costs
and benefits, and an evaluation of the effectiveness of the design and construction process. The
buildings studied are located in Hennepin, Ramsey, Carver, and Dakota Counties. The project was
sponsored by the Solid Waste Management Coordinating Board (SWMCB).
